Mr. Ashok Veda joined his family business in the name of Veda Texspares Pvt Ltd. Floated in 1952 by his father, the late Shri P.C. Veda (Founder of Veda Group). This company was dealing in spares for weaving & Spinning machines in Madhya Pradesh as import substitutive products in the 1950s.
Mr. Veda is an MA LLB and a Gold Medalist in Sociology. He has written thesis on “Love Marriages in India” and presented 15 case studies. He also received the Indira Priyadarshini Award for his social service from Union Minister, Mr. R.K. Dhawan, in 1995.
Mr. Veda is also successfully marketing various textile machineries products under Veda Texspares Pvt Ltd. His ultimate aim is to make principal products dealt in No.1 in the market.
Mr. Veda strongly believed in ‘karma’ with positive spirit irrespective of adverse situations.
Ankit likes bringing practicality and logic to things he does. He is responsible for revenue generation and relationship management of the company. He is also responsible for the retention/ persistency of business generated.
As Marketing Director of Veda Group he is responsible for spearheading all new business development activities of Veda Group including developing of business models, launching the model, furthering business through different channels, building an integrated Financial Inclusion model, and managing key accounts and relationships for Veda Group.
Ankit holds Degree in Textile Engineering and is an MBA from Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
He has a passion for travel to interiors of India and off beat locations across the globe, and understanding the history, art, architecture, people, and cultural ethos of places he travels to. He also loves listening to music and watching sports.
